A Virtual Gravy Tutorial
This is a very simple method that I am sure anyone can do.
The best way to insure that your greeting card is received is to send it using your own email.
Many email providers now have filtering to try and stop spam or junk email and sometimes email messages from greeting card sites are filtered out and not received.
Most likely you are sending a greeting to friends or family who have received email from you before so it is more likely that they will receive their card and also not mistake it as junk mail seeing that it is from a familiar friend or family member if you send it using your own email .
This is really quite simple and can also be used to send a link to any web page on the internet so let's get started. Step 1
While on the page that you want to send look up at the top for the address bar, this is where you will find the address of the page you are sending and the address is what you will be sending in your email as a clickable link.
Yours may not look exactly the same but you are looking for the address which you can see in the white box in the picture above.
The example above is for one of my hug greetings. Step 2
Place your mouse pointer on the address as in the picture above and double left click to highlight the address and without moving your mouse off the highlighted address right click once and choose copy from the small menu that appears. Step 3
Go to your email program or email account and create a new message.
Right click in the body of the new message and from the menu that appears choose paste.
You should now see the address of the card or webpage . Step 4
Create a message similar to the one above, give it a subject, address it and send.
